Who processes your data

What we collect and why

If you use the form on this site: your name, the contact details you provide and whatever you tell us about your project. We use them only to reply and prepare a quote.

If you write by WhatsApp, Telegram, phone or email: whatever you choose to include in the message. We do not import it into any marketing database.

If you sign a document through a link we send you: your full name, the handwritten signature you draw on screen, the date and time, your IP address and device, and — if you choose to give them — your phone and address. This data is processed to perform the contract and as evidence of signing; it is kept for as long as the document has legal effect.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records technical data — IP address, browser type, requested pages — for a limited time, for security and attack detection.

If you leave a device with us for repair: your name, the contact details you give us, the device and the fault, and photos of its condition taken during the work. Photos are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically; the rest of the order data is kept for as long as the warranty and tax obligations require.

Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote: your consent and pre-contractual steps.

Carrying out agreed work: the contract itself.

Technical security logs: our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and protected.

Who it is shared with

Netlify, Inc. — hosting of the website.

Cloudflare, Inc. — the server side (the repairs and contracts database, device photos) and anonymous visit statistics.

Brevo (Sendinblue) — delivery of the emails generated by the form.

If you choose to write via WhatsApp or Telegram, that conversation is also governed by those platforms’ own terms, over which we have no control.

We do not sell or pass data to third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 12 months, in case you come back.

Client data where work was carried out: as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires.

Server technical logs: short periods set by the hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data. An email to info@profilab.org is enough.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This site sets no cookies: none of our own, none for advertising, none from third parties. The map on the contact page is a link rather than an embedded map, specifically so that no third-party cookies are placed in your browser.

We do measure visits, but anonymously and without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics): we record that a page was opened, which one, from which country and referring link, and how long it took to load. No profile is built, you are not followed across sites, and your IP is only used to derive the country — it is not kept in the statistics.

That is why there is no consent banner: consent is required when something is stored on your device or you are identified, and neither happens here.

Changes to this policy

If what we do with data changes, we will update this document and the date shown above. It is worth re-reading if you contact us again after some time.
